Qualifications

• Be registered with ECSA as Professional Engineer or Technologist.
• Hold a BEng, BSc or B-Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years as Resident Engineer on road projects.
• Familiar with COLTO, COTO and TMH road specifications.
• Understanding of GCC, FIDIC or COTO contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction sites and ensure design specs; manage budgets and timelines.
• Act as primary liaison between client, design engineers and contractors.
• Contract administration and management.
• Quality control and engineering oversight.
• Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance.
