Hungry Lion Fast Foods (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Quick-Service Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Branch Manager in running a profitable operation. You will help achieve sales targets, ensure quality products, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective staff management.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with 2 years experience in a similar management role.
• A tertiary qualification is desirable.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity in a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR).

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) in support of the Branch Manager.
• Assist Branch Manager in daily operations and decision making.
• Aim to achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure adequate staffing with competent staff.
• Deliver high-quality products and customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational efficiencies in line with company policies and procedures through effective team management.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) Assistant Manager to join our team.

The purpose of this role is to assume secondary accountability and responsibility,fully supporting the Branch Manager, in running a profitable quick-service restaurant. This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.

REQUIREMENTS
