Qualifications

• Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage urban and rural environments per regulations and policies.
• Prepare and issue zoning certificates and assess planning applications.
• Consider engineering services availability (water, sewer, roads, etc.).
• Communicate bulk contributions for engineering services.
• Liaise with stakeholders on land development and building applications.
• Manage municipal property portfolio.
• Conduct field/site inspections as required.
• Participate in IDP and public engagement meetings.
• Review internal reports and provide input.
• Perform admin duties and other tasks as required.
