Job summary

VKB Group in South Africa is seeking a Finance Administrator to oversee financial administration, stock control, and general office support within the VKB Milling/Agri processing unit. You will capture daily production data, reconcile invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with creditor payments, aiming for accurate reporting and efficient operations.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of experience in milling or manufacturing settings,

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in stock control and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Capture and verify daily production and packing information.
• Maintain production records and dashboards/reports.
• Verify invoices and supporting documentation.
• Process cash sales invoices and receipts.
• Control and reconcile petty cash.
• Prepare petty cash reimbursement requests.
• Assist with creditor payments and submit documentation to Head Office.
• Perform weekly banking of cash received.
