The role involves preparing and processing accounting transactions, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting support, and audits. The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience and an accounting qualification.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an accounting or finance environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accounting transactions.
• Perform monthly bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with payroll administration and related reconciliations.
• Process journals and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Department as required.
