Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to join our client in Johannesburg, South Africa. The role focuses on overseeing asphalt paving projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget alignment, with a strong emphasis on leadership and communication.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asphalt paving, be able to read technical drawings, and hold relevant certifications. A valid driver’s license is required to operate across sites and coordinate crews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety or paving industry certification are beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
