Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant road construction, paving and rehabilitation experience.
• Experience in senior operational or project leadership roles within civil works.
• Strong client engagement and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day road construction and rehabilitation operations with efficient resource use.
• Plan and execute project programmes, methods, and deliverables within budget and timeframes.
• Maintain client relationships and liaise with engineers and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, BOQ, variations and contract reporting.
• Manage plant, equipment, and materials to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and performance oversight for site teams.
