Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is advantageous.
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills in architectural design and practice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work schedule.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist architects in developing design concepts and preparing presentation materials.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings using CAD and BIM software under supervision.
• Support the preparation of architectural documentation for planning applications and building permits.
• Conduct basic site research and assist with site visits.
• Help maintain project drawing archives and assist with administrative tasks.
• Learn and apply relevant building codes and design standards.
