Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models for complex architectural projects.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent.

• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and South African building standards.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple technical aspects of projects.
