Redline Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist for a junior to mid-level role in Johannesburg South. The position offers a hands-on opportunity within a small, professional property development team, with exposure to a variety of development and architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology / Architectural Studies.
• Approximately 2–5 years’ relevant working experience in an architectural or property development environment.
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills are essential.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and architectural documentation.
• Ability to produce accurate working drawings and detailed plans.
• Knowledge of building practices, construction detailing and relevant standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a small team.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
• A willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
