Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a technically proficient Architectural Technologist with a strong BIM focus to join its Upington team. You will develop and maintain architectural models and documentation, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants to ensure clash-free designs.

This role emphasizes BIM standards and knowledge of SA regulations. You will mentor colleagues on BIM workflows and contribute to innovative regional projects in the Northern Cape, utilizing your Revit expertise and CAD/BIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in architectural technology with strong BIM emphasis.
• Expertise in Revit; familiarity with other CAD/BIM software advantageous.
• Understanding of construction principles and SA building regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive construction documentation from BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
