Placements24 is seeking an Architectural Drafter in Vereeniging, Gauteng to support large-scale industrial and commercial projects. You will translate designs into precise construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, coordinating with architects and engineers to meet project specs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent practical experience in architectural technology.
• Experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with architectural standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist architects and project managers in developing construction documentation sets.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all drawings and models.
• Prepare drawings for permitting and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to integrate drawings into models.
• Update drawings based on design changes and feedback.
• Maintain organized drawing files and project archives.
• Support preparation of Bills of Quantities and project documentation.
