Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Drafter for a fully remote role in the Nelspruit area. You will translate architectural designs into precise construction drawings, working with architects and project managers to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Architectural Drafting, 6+ years of drafting experience, and expert-level AutoCAD with substantial Revit skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant certification in Architectural Drafting or Technology.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and considerable experience with Revit.
• Thorough understanding of architectural terminology, building codes, and construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using CAD and BIM software.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all drawings, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects to refine designs and incorporate technical requirements.
