Placements24 in George is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to contribute to a portfolio of commercial projects. You will conceptualize designs from brief to construction documentation, shaping aesthetics and function.

You will collaborate with engineers and clients, produce 3D models and drawings, ensure codes and sustainability standards, and help drive project success through clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level architecture degree required (B.Arch or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural design with a commercial focus.
• Proficiency in design software including Revit and AutoCAD; rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for commercial buildings from schematic to construction drawings.
• Prepare presentations, 3D models and visualizations for client meetings and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws and environmental regulations in George.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate designs.

Key Responsibilities
