Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an architectural practice.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong graphic and visualization skills.
• Good understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist architects in developing design concepts and preparing architectural drawings.
• Create and modify architectural models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and physical models.
• Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Help coordinate project documentation and specifications.
• Support the team in site visits and contract administration duties.
