WBHO Construction is seeking a creative and technically skilled Architect to lead architectural design initiatives in Johannesburg. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• SACAP registration preferred; professional certification in sustainable design or BIM advantageous.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
• Review project budgets and material specifications.
• Utilize BIM and CAD software for project development.
• Participate in client presentations and design reviews.
• Support sustainable and environmentally responsible building practices.
• Assist with project approvals and permit applications.
