Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field with hands-on modeling experience.
• 3+ years developing software or ML systems in industry or research.
• Hands-on AI agents and RAG experience, including practical deployments.
• Strong data science and ML background with common frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines over telecom data.
• Develop evaluation datasets, metrics, benchmarks for accuracy and latency.
• Improve evaluation, observability, and production readiness (MLOps).
• Turn data science insights into production-ready AI tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, data specialists, and domain experts.
