Placements24 is seeking an innovative Applied AI Scientist to join their R&D team in East London. The role focuses on translating cutting-edge AI research into practical business solutions, leveraging ML and data analysis to develop prototypes and drive real-world AI features.

The candidate will design, experiment, and iterate on models, collaborating with engineers and product managers to deliver AI capabilities in products while staying abreast of the latest AI research.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied science.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proven ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
