Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a seasoned Feature Analyst to clarify business requirements and translate them into epics, features and user stories within an agile squad. You will collaborate with Product Management, UI/UX, technology, testing and SMEs to ensure end-to-end understanding and deliver tangible business value.

You will map user journeys, define acceptance criteria, design flows and support reporting initiatives using Tableau.

Qualifications

• Matric and relevant tertiary qualification.
• Business Analysis certification (Advantageous).
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst in senior/strategic role.

Responsibilities

• Clarify business requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain the backlog and prioritise stories.
• Groom user stories through workshops and analysis procedures.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and process maps to illustrate requirements.
• Support API and system integration requirements analysis and data mappings.
• Contribute to Tableau dashboards, reporting and data visualisation initiatives.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement of delivery.
