Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a short-term insurance claims environment
• Basic working knowledge of homeowners/HOC policy cover, standard claim types, and the SA short-term claims process
• Experience reading and interpreting policy schedules, wordings, and contractor/supplier quotes (advantageous)
• Exposure to claims management or case tracking systems (advantageous)
• Numeracy skills for settlement calculations, excesses, and depreciation where applicable
