You will book qualified appointments for Private Wealth Managers, maintain client records, and support diary management while aiming to exceed targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales or client-facing roles, strong communication, and a professional, result-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ work experience (sales or client-facing roles preferred).
• Previous experience in financial services (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and engage with prospective clients
• Identify opportunities and assess client suitability for our services
• Book qualified appointments for our Private Wealth Managers
• Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance standards
• Support with diary management and general office coordination
• Work towards and exceed individual and team targets
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development initiatives
