Alvi’s Drift Private Cellar invites applications for our 2027 Harvest Internship - an opportunity for passionate, skilled cellar hands to work alongside an experienced winemaking team at one of South Africa’s most awarded family‑owned estates.

We are specifically looking for candidates with solid prior harvest experience and a formal qualification in Oenology, Viticulture, or a related field.

Applicants with international harvest experience will receive strong preference.

Location: Breede River Valley, Worcester, Western Cape
Duration: February – April 2027

• At least one completed harvest (international experience highly advantageous)
• Tertiary qualification in Oenology, Viticulture, or a related field
• Physically fit, hardworking, and reliable
• Able to work long, flexible hours
• Valid driver’s license
