Job summary

Fidelity Services Group seeks a SIGNAL MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN to visit challenging alarm systems and deliver reliable solutions. You will engage with customers, perform fault finding on IDS/DSC panels, ensure proper installation and maintenance, and mentor junior technicians as needed.

PSIRA registration and a valid driver’s license are mandatory, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in security electronics. Strong communication and documentation are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• PSIRA registration required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3–5 years of technical experience in alarm systems.
• Fault finding on IDS and DSC panels.
• Matrix from a Technical High School preferred.
• Tertiary qualification in electronics/electronic engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Consult with customers to understand requirements and identify false alarm root causes.
• Administration: Complete documentation, present detailed quotations, manage stock impeccably.
• Solutions Implementation: Install and verify specified solutions, ensure wiring neatness and correct programming.
• General: Handle classified information, mentor junior technicians and coordinators.
