Job summary

Tp-8f723eaf is seeking a friendly Contact Centre Agent in Cape Town to be the frontline for airline passengers. You will handle inbound calls for reservations, inquiries, and ticketing, while also selling ancillary services to enhance revenue.

You will promote upsells, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in the airline system to ensure a smooth travel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months experience in customer service, sales or contact centre preferred.
• Matric or NQF Level 4 qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for flight reservations, bookings, and changes.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Provide passengers with accurate information on schedules, delays, or cancellations.
• Promote and sell airline services such as seat upgrades, baggage, lounge access and travel insurance.
• Cross-sell and upsell services to increase revenue while tailoring options.
• Assist with ticket purchases, changes, and upgrades for customers.
• Identify products that enhance the travel experience and offer accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and processing payments securely.
• Maintain records of interactions, bookings and sales in the airline system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
