Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Air Traffic Controller license and relevant aviation authority certifications.
• Proven experience directing air traffic in busy airport environments.
• Excellent decision-making skills under high-pressure conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication for pilot interactions.
• Proficiency operating advanced ATC radar and comms equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a control room team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct aircraft movements on runways, taxiways, and within designated airspace using radar and visual cues.
• Issue clearances, advisories, and instructions to pilots to ensure safe separation and efficient flow.
• Coordinate with other ATC units, airport operations, and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain vigilance and situational awareness, anticipate conflicts, and take corrective action.
• Adhere to procedural directives, safety regs, and operational protocols.
• Pursue ongoing training and recertification to stay proficient with evolving ATC tech and procedures.
