First Technology Pty Ltd is seeking an AI Business Analyst to bridge business strategy and practical AI outcomes. You will identify and prioritise AI use cases, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and define success criteria and the business case.

You will work with solution engineers to ensure adoption, governance and measurable value. The role focuses on requirement definition, scoping and governance rather than building models, with close collaboration across stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a BA or similar.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes for technology solutions.
• Hands-on practical experience using generative AI tools in a professional setting.

Responsabilités

• Identify, document and prioritise AI use cases based on value, feasibility, risk and effort.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define KPIs and baseline measures before delivery to demonstrate value later.
• Collaborate with security, compliance and engineering teams to ensure governance and data protection.
