Job summary

DVT is seeking an AI Specialist to embed within software delivery teams and turn AI opportunities into working solutions. The role focuses on configuring, combining and adopting AI tools and agents to enhance the SDLC rather than building every capability from scratch.

Collaborate with developers and analysts, drive AI-assisted approaches across development, testing and documentation, and create reusable patterns for scalable impact within client engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience applying AI tooling within the software development lifecycle.
• A software engineering, automation or technical delivery background.
• Practical knowledge of AI assistants, agents, prompt design and workflow integration.
• The ability to learn a team’s context quickly and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Strong coaching, communication and change-adoption skills.
• A delivery mindset focused on usability, value and responsible implementation.
