Placements24 is seeking an innovative AI Solutions Architect specializing in NLP to join our Pretoria team. You will design and implement cutting-edge NLP-powered AI solutions, translate business needs into scalable architectures, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

This role requires a strong academic background, 6+ years in AI/ML with 3+ in NLP, and hands-on experience with NLP libraries and DL frameworks.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS, Computational Linguistics, AI or related field.
• At least 6 years AI/ML experience with at least 3 years NLP.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex AI solutions.
• In-depth NLP techniques: text classification, NER, MT, topic modeling, sentiment analysis.
• Hands-on with NLP libraries: NLTK, spaCy, Transformers (HuggingFace).
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their NLP applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) is highly desirable.

Requirements
