Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions incorporating NLP capabilities, including text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, summarization, and machine translation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and propose innovative AI solutions.
• Translate complex business problems into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
• Oversee the development and implementation of NLP models and pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools for client projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the value of proposed AI solutions.
• Develop documentation, including technical architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user guides.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in data privacy, security, and ethical AI principles.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting complex AI solutions for enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of NLP techniques, algorithms (e.g., RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers), and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Experience with MLOps practices is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making.
