Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop small-scale AI prototypes, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and automation workflows.
• Experiment with LLMs, APIs, AI frameworks, and conversational platforms to validate new use cases.
• Work jointly with QA and engineering teams to validate AI-driven features and systems.
• Develop and execute automated and manual test plans for bots, APIs, and end-to-end integrations.
• Analyse AI outputs, conversational flow logs, and user interaction data to identify trends, errors, and improvement areas.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve model accuracy, performance, and user experience.
• Work closely with developers, data scientists, product teams, and business units.
• Share learnings, best practices, and insights to support AI innovation across the organisation.
