Job summary

CyberPro Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg, South Africa, is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI automation workflows for payments operations. You will work on end-to-end automation across reconciliations, analytics, and reporting, leveraging Claude/Anthropic APIs and multi-agent coordination layers.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI systems, LLM orchestration, and secure, auditable governance.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience deploying production-grade AI/agentic systems.
Strong understanding of LLM orchestration and multi-agent architectures.
Experience with AI failure modes in high-stakes environments.
Proficiency in Spring AI and Python-based orchestration.
Familiarity with workflow engines like n8n.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy agentic workflows for reconciliations, audit & reporting preparation, financial analytics, Claude / Anthropic APIs, MCP or similar multi-agent coordination layers.
Integrate internal and external systems via APIs and reporting systems.
Reduce manual effort by identifying automation opportunities across Payments operations.
Maintain human oversight and approval controls where required.
Ensure all workflows are production-ready, auditable, and compliant.
