Placements24 is seeking an AI/ML Systems Engineer to join our East London-based infrastructure team. You will design and maintain scalable AI/ML infrastructure, focusing on performance, reliability, and efficient ML development and production environments.

The role requires strong cloud expertise, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure management.
• Proven experience supporting AI/ML workloads and infrastructure.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their associated services.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Solid understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
