Job summary

MANPOWER Group is seeking an experienced analytics professional to design, build and implement AI-driven analytics within audit processes in Gauteng. You will lead data analytics reviews, mentor junior staff and ensure clear communication of findings to stakeholders.

You will work with Excel, SQL, Power BI and Python to surface insights, manage ETL pipelines, and deliver dashboards and reports that highlight risks and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years' work experience, including 3+ years as a data analyst and 1+ year as an AI Builder.
• Experience with data analytics tools and data warehousing, ETL, visualization and reporting.
• Sound risk and control knowledge, with AI/analytics in an audit environment an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
• Client-centric mindset, deadline-driven, and able to operate in ambiguity.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years' work experience, including at least 3 years as a data analyst or business data analyst and at least 1 year as an AI Builder
• Strong experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, DAX, IDEA, R and/or Python
• Experience in data analysis, data warehousing, ETL, data visualisation and reporting (Power BI, Tableau or Looker)
• Scripting skills and experience in developing, testing and implementing analytics solutionsSound risk and control knowledge, with experience applying AI and analytics in an audit environment an advantage
• Reinsurance knowledge an advantage, and underwriting knowledge a significant advantage
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings in non-technical language
• A client-centric mindset, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with multiple role players
