Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a field with AI ethics or governance specialization.

About the Role

You will be responsible for creating comprehensive ethical frameworks, governance policies, and best practices for AI development and deployment. Collaborating with legal, engineering, data science, and business teams, you will ensure compliance with evolving regulations and societal expectations. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and policies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across an organization.
• Familiarity with current and emerging AI regulations and standards.
