Job summary

Datonomy Solutions is hiring an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy secure, production-ready AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and related Azure services.

You will develop end-to-end RAG pipelines, integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, and mentor teammates while contributing to reusable frameworks. This role focuses on governance, security and scalable AI in a regulated banking/financial services context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Studio or Azure OpenAI.
• Proven experience building and deploying Generative AI, AI agent or conversational AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation and tuning.
• Development experience using Python and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with SQL, data lakes, APIs or graph databases.
• Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD, Azure DevOps and Agile delivery practices.
• Understanding of Azure security services, including RBAC, managed identities and Key Vault.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise model accuracy, performance, latency and cost.
• Mentor team members and contribute to reusable AI frameworks and standards.
