Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Software Development or IT.
• Degree such as B.Eng., B.Sc., B.Com or related IT qualification would be advantageous.
• Additional AI/ML/Data Science qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, integrate, and support business-critical software solutions.
• Work across the full SDLC from requirements to deployment and support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation systems and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve processes.
• Develop and integrate AI-enabled functionality into existing systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party stakeholders to deliver tech solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks in high-availability environments.
• Contribute to coding standards, architecture, frameworks, and deployment methodologies.
• Mentor and support junior developers.
• Continuously improve system functionality, performance, security, and UX.
