RELX International's LexisNexis Legal & Professional division seeks an AI-enabled Research Support Specialist to blend research expertise with customer support. You will deliver high-quality legal, financial, and news research using LexisNexis platforms and AI-assisted tools, helping clients apply AI drafting features to documents and decisions.

You will engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, demonstrate AI capabilities in real time, and ensure data integrity and responsible AI use

Qualificações

• LLB or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in legal, financial, or news research or customer support.
• Familiarity with Lexis Advance, Lexis+, or Lexis+ AI.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-quality legal, financial, and news research using LexisNexis platforms, traditional sources, and AI-assisted tools.
• Use generative AI to synthesize, summarize, and analyze complex data sets, delivering timely insights.
• Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve inquiries and demonstrate AI tools.
