Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with leadership or mentorship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Angular, GIT, SQL and data manipulation.
• Fluency in AI and experience leveraging AI tools or platforms in development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid understanding of data modelling and database design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers with technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee development processes, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement complex software solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges ensuring performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce QA measures.
• Manage team performance including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to drive innovation.
