Job summary

LexisNexis Reed Tech is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development and operation of modern SaaS solutions, fostering an AI-first engineering culture. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, helping teams deliver high-quality software, adopt AI-enabled engineering practices, and continuously improve development processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of complex production software systems.
• Experience managing direct reports in software engineering.
• Experience using Claude Code or comparable AI coding agents.
• Strong web app experience with C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs and data models.
• Familiarity with Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and operation of modern SaaS solutions.
• Mentor engineers and manage direct reports; develop talent.
• Set guardrails for AI-generated code and ensure secure coding practices.
• Design and implement web-based SaaS capabilities using C#, .NET, Angular, SQL.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes delivery, and release practices.
