Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years overall work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in BI and/or data analysis and testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing for business solutions across functional areas including ETL, dashboards, and data integrity.
• Define test plans and acceptance criteria for backlogs and sprints.
• Document and monitor test scenarios, criteria and results.
• Troubleshoot ETL sessions (Informatica/DataStage) and test scripts to ensure data quality.
• Develop and maintain automated testing artifacts and regression suites.
• Report defects to the team and stakeholders and drive quality improvements.
• Apply AI-enabled testing tools to improve coverage and defect detection.
