Qualifications

• Proven experience owning B2B demand generation in complex environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo (not just familiarity).
• Experience with ABM programs integrated with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own digital pipeline across priority vocational segments.
• Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel programs aligned to long-cycle B2B sales motions.
• Translate commercial priorities into measurable outcomes (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC efficiency).
• Build and operate ABM programs for priority named accounts.
• Own Marketo as the core demand engine and lead scoring models.
• Design AI-enabled demand stack including PPC optimization, SEO, and insights.
