Ad Talent Africa is seeking a hands-on AI enthusiast to build AI-powered content and automation systems. You will turn ideas into working solutions, first by constructing robust workflows and tools, then expanding to leading an AI team as the operation scales.
This role emphasizes practical AI skills, experimentation, and a track record of delivering tangible projects using Claude, LLMs and related AI tools. Strong English communication is essential.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building AI content or automation workflows
- Strong practical knowledge of Claude and LLM workflows
- Experience with prompting and structuring AI outputs
- Experience with AI image/video tools such as Kling, ComfyUI, Higgsfield or similar
- Something real you can show us that you have built
- Strong English communication skills
- Curiosity, initiative and willingness to experiment
Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI-powered content and automation workflows
- Use AI for scripting, hooks, captions, images, video and avatars
- Work with LLMs such as Claude and connect different AI tools
- Test new tools and turn successful ideas into repeatable systems
- Create SOPs and improve content quality and efficiency
- Eventually build, train and lead the AI team
