Placements24 is seeking an analytical AI Business Analyst to bridge business needs and AI solutions in Sandton, Gauteng. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, working with stakeholders, data scientists, and AI engineers to translate requirements and support AI-driven initiatives.

You will analyze data, articulate complex concepts, and facilitate communication to drive value and efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on AI, ML, or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and business applications.
• Experience gathering requirements, process modeling, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with BA tools and methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile development is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AI projects.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to define scope and deliverables.
