Responsibilities

• Develop existing applications and contribute to new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Monitor and fix more complex software defects to maintain functioning applications.
• Produce concepts and prototypes to design digital products/services.
• Advise on technical developments to improve website/portal/applications software and supporting infrastructure.
• Maintain a roadmap to prioritize development in line with business needs.
• Provide fault isolation and resolution to address issues promptly.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation to a high standard.
• Design and perform software tests and monitor performance issues via user feedback.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes of conduct.
