Job summary

ManpowerGroup Malta is seeking an experienced Data Analytics & AI Specialist to design, implement, and support AI-driven analytics for audit processes. You will lead data projects, mentor junior team members, and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

The role requires 6+ years in data analytics, proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, and scripting, with strong risk and controls knowledge and a client-centric mindset in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field as listed
• Minimum 6 years' work experience with at least 3 years as a data analyst or business data analyst
• At least 1 year as an AI Builder
• Strong experience with data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, DAX, IDEA, R, Python)
• Experience in data analysis, data warehousing, ETL, data visualization and reporting (Power BI, Tableau or Looker)
• Scripting skills and experience in developing, testing and implementing analytics solutions
• Sound risk and control knowledge; AI and analytics in an audit environment is an advantage

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or equivalent

• Strong experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, DAX, IDEA, R and/or Python


• Experience in data analysis, data warehousing, ETL, data visualisation and reporting (Power BI, Tableau or Looker)


• Scripting skills and experience in developing, testing and implementing analytics solutions


• Sound risk and control knowledge, with experience applying AI and analytics in an audit environment an advantage


• Reinsurance knowledge an advantage, and underwriting knowledge a significant advantage


• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and project management skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings in non-technical language


• A client-centric mindset, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with multiple role players
