Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced accounting instructors to help shape how AI understands financial concepts. Your subject matter expertise will directly influence the accuracy and reliability of AI systems trained on accounting principles.

Join a fully remote, hourly/contract role with 10–40 hours per week. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of postsecondary accounting teaching and may hold a CPA designation or a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching accounting at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of financial and managerial accounting principles.
• Ability to evaluate written quantitative and rule-based reasoning for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review accounting questions, explanations, and worked examples used in AI training.
• Assess concepts including financial statements, bookkeeping, internal controls, and managerial accounting.
• Identify errors, edge cases, and ambiguous explanations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve precision and pedagogy of AI content.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet milestones.
