Alignerr, powered by Labelbox, is seeking experienced postsecondary business instructors to design, evaluate, and improve AI training content. You’ll work remotely on hourly/task-based contracts, committing to 10-40 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years teaching business at the postsecondary level and solid understanding of management, strategy, operations, and finance basics, with strong written communication to explain and critique business reasoning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong understanding of core business topics (management, strategy, operations, finance basics).
• Able to clearly explain and evaluate business reasoning in written form.

Responsibilities

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used in AI training.
• Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance of AI-generated business content.
• Provide structured feedback to improve reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Apply real-world teaching experience to validate scenarios and edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
