Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is assisting with the recruitment of an Area Manager for the Boland, Western Cape region. The successful candidate will manage sales in the agricultural mechanisation sector, drive growth, and coordinate with the broader team.

Requirements include Matric, a related technical qualification is advantageous, at least 5 years of sales/technical experience in agricultural mechanisation, and a valid driver''s license. Afrikaans and English bilingualism is needed.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Agricultural Mechanisation, or related technical field is advantageous.
• 5 years' sales and technical experience in agricultural mechanisation and precision farming.
• Experience in achieving sales targets, preparing sales budgets, and identifying new business opportunities within the territory.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Valid driver''s license.
