• Degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Strong interest in farming and row crops (sunflowers, maize, potatoes, soy, etc.).
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel.
• Valid driver’s licence essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel, work in the field, and learn from senior agronomists.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, planting and monitoring crop trials.
• Support data collection, crop care and trial analysis.
• Participate in farmer days, demo plantings and promotional activities.
• Provide technical support to farmers under guidance from senior staff.
• Work closely with agronomists and sales teams during peak seasons.
• Engage in fieldwork, travel and hands-on learning across various crops.
