You will operate specialized vehicles, ensuring safe handling of sensitive cargo and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has experience in agricultural transport, a solid understanding of rural road networks, and a commitment to vehicle integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid Code 10+ driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience in agricultural transport or general freight.
• Strong knowledge of Paarl and surrounding areas.
• Physical fitness for loading/unloading operations.

Responsibilities

• Transport agricultural products (fruits/vegetables) and ensure optimal condition upon delivery.
• Deliver farm inputs (fertilizers, seeds) to various sites.
• Operate vehicles suitable for rural terrain while maintaining safety.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and ensure refrigeration units work where applicable.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and communicate with farm managers and packhouse coordinators.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, mileage, and issues encountered.

Key Responsibilities
